 UK customers only:  FREE POSTAGE AND PACKAGING on eligible purchases totalling £20.00 or more  (excludes certain shop & auction items, including card blanks and envelope packs and this will be indicated on item listing).  Parcel Post will be used for heavy orders, unless you advise by eBay messaging that you wish to pay the additional cost for a faster service. 

If you wish to have your order sent by Second Class post to reduce costs, please email me and I will send you a revised invoice.

When buying multiple items from my shop, AFTER ordering please click 'Request total from seller' at checkout. 

 INTERNATIONAL customers:  Please click 'REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER' at checkout.  Orders will have to be cancelled if insufficient P&P is paid. 

Emails usually responded to within 24 hours Monday-Friday and 48 hours Saturday-Sunday & Bank Holidays.

ORDERING & PAYMENT INFORMATION

ORDERING

UK buyers:  when ordering multiple items, please request a combined invoice to ensure that you receive the correct P&P discount, including free P&P if applicable.  Items paid for by PayPal on individual invoices are not eligible for P&P discount.

International buyers:  International buyers are very welcome to purchase items from Simply Because Crafts but no responsibility is taken by the seller for any Custom charges that may be incurred as a result of the purchase.  As P&P charges for International purchases are based on the final weight of items together with packaging, please email seller with details of items if you would like them to be weighed prior to ordering. For all orders, please request a final invoice to ensure that you receive the correct P&P discount, as charges for packages sent abroad are based on weight rather than the number of items ordered.  This will avoid an overpayment of P&P. 

PAYMENT

Simply Because Crafts politely requests that all invoices are paid within 7 days.  If payment is not received following a 'Payment Reminder', eBay's dispute procedure will be undertaken.

For combined invoices, purchases of multiple items may be made over a period of 3 days but it is necessary for you to email Simply Because Crafts stating that you wish to do this otherwise an invoice for payment will be processed within 24 hours of an order being placed.
