Have been in business for 9 1/2 years now, i am a member of THE BRITISH EQUESTRIAN TRADE ASSOCIATION, and i am a city & guilds in bridle work level 3. So i can offer you something different made to your own design.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING DETAILS :
RETURNS OR UNWANTED GOODS
When returning goods they must be in the same condition and packing as you received them, they must not have been used on the horse / pony in anyway.
The customer must phone a member of our team at S & S Saddlery and state why the product is no good, given the ref: no on your product, how you the customer payed and when.
The product will them be checked over by S & S Saddlery and if ok you will have a full refund excluding the posting cost which are none refundable.( unforulaty we can not refund any posting cost's )
If the product is damage or marked in any way then money will be taken off the customers refund.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
S & S Saddlery must be notified with in three working days of the customer, receiveing there order. if the goods are faulty or damage in any way.
MISSING GOODS IN POST
Please phone us if you do not receive your order, and we will chase it up for you.
