We no longer ship to the Irish Replublic.

1. All orders received by 2.30pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day if payment has been made in full.
2. All orders received after 2.30pm will be despatched the next working day. This includes requests for items to be sent by Special Delivery.
3. We DO NOT post out items on Saturdays.
4. All orders received after 2.30pm on Friday wil be posted out on the following Monday.
5. We do not honour pricing mistakes and will always charge the correct P&P rate(s) for the item(s) purchased..
6. Postage rates for items bought at any of our auctions are NOT eligible to be combined with your "Buy It Now" BIN purchases.
7. Items that are marked as free postage incur no postage charges. However any other item(s) that have a postage rate(s) will have a postage charge applied to the invoice at the advertised rate(s) if purchased at the same time as those items advertised as free postage.
8. If you select the option to combine P&P charges yourself, we reserve the right to amend any errors that you may have made and charge the correct rate(s) for the item(s) purchased together with an admin fee of £1.00.
9. In the event that you have incorrectly combined the P&P charges we will not send out your purchase(s) until we receive the correct payment should that amount be greater than £0.25.
10. In making a purchase(s) from us you are deemed to have agreed to pay the postage rate(s) as advertised at the time of your purchase(s).
11. If you do not agree to the P&P rate(s) advertised please shop elsewhere.
12. We will only despatch orders to the address registered to your Paypal account.

Recorded Delivery does not guarantee a delivery time or delivery date and is not tracked, it only guarantees a signature on delivery.
For guaranteed delivery times please select the Special Delivery option or email us your request.

Postal charges for single items are as displayed on the listing page.

SPECIAL DELIVERY GUARANTEED SERVICES:
Please note if your order is received AFTER 2.30pm, it will not be despatched until the next working day.
EXAMPLE:
You place an order for NEXT DAY delivery at 2.30pm on a MONDAY.
This order will NOT be despatched until TUESDAY, with delivery guaranteed by 1pm on WEDNESDAY

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT POSTAGE RATES ON AUCTIONS WILL NOT BE COMBINED WITH OTHER PURCHASES.

Returned goods policy:

Goods returned to us by the postal service.

1. If you fail to collect your item(s) from your local delivery office and they are returned to us, we will inform you upon their return to us.
2. Should you still wish to have the items sent you, you will be charged for the second delivery attempt at the original postage rate.
3. Should you instead wish to have your money re-funded, we will do this through Paypal, less the postage charge.

Goods you wish to return.

1. Inline with the distance selling regulations, you, the customer is responsible for paying any postage fees incurred by returning the item(s) to us.
2. We advise that you use a recorded delivery service as we will NOT make any refunds or offer any replacement goods until the item(s) you wish to return are in our possesion.
3. In line with the Distance Selling Regulations we offer a full refund on the original payment made.
4. We Do Not refund your return postage costs.

CUSTOMS CHARGES AND IMPORT TAXES FOR NON EU RESIDENTS:

Non European Union Buyers are reminded that they are responsible for paying any import or customs charges that are applied to their orders and Shop_at_Bargain_Warehouse will not be held liable for any such charges imposed by your country's customs or tax officials.
Shop_at_Bargain_Warehouse will not make any false declarations regarding the contents or value of any items that require customs documentation to be attatched.
