* Payment. We accept Paypal only. We allow 7 days for payment before sending a reminder, if no payment is made after 10 days we will cancel the sale and raise a dispute to recover our fees.

* Combined Payments / Shipping Discounts. If bidding for more than 1 item or using Buy It Now for more than 1 item please wait until all items have finished auction before completing our checkout. All items will be merged together in our checkout to enable a single payment to be made with a shipping discount. A 7 day limit applies between the first and last items finishing in auction for consolidation, thereafter payment must be made immediately to comply with our 7 day payment policy (Above).

* Returns / Refunds. You may return an item within 5 working days of its being delivered. We take the date of delivery to be a maximum of 3 working days after the date of posting (source: Royal Mail).After this time there is no possibility of returning the item. If there was no error on our part and you simply wish to return the goods, then you must pay the cost of delivery.We will also make a deduction of 8% on the amount refunded (to cover costs of postage, packing and re-listing). In case of a defect, we will exchange the goods. Please contact us. We will send a return envelope, and a refund or a replacement item.Please note that we will send a refund only after receiving the returned item and after the transaction has been cancelled in the eBay system.The conditions with which returned goods need to comply are listed below, Please ensure that the goods fulfil these conditions before sending them back to us.We will not refund costs for goods which have been worn, inappropriately used, etc. Underwear and jewellery are items which are not subject to return.You may also return an item to us if it is the wrong size. The product should be tried on over other clothing; it must not be creased, must not have been washed, must not be missing labels, and must not carry a different smell (perfume, cigarettes) or any other signs of use (hairs, stains).We do not accept returns of such products; we will block the user and inform eBay, documenting the matter by appropriate means. Returned goods should be sent to us by insured postage.

* Shipping / Delivery. Normally dispatched within 1 working day. UK items Seller Standard is 1st Class mail ( 1 - 3 working days). In the rare event of an item being lost in the post, please note that in line with Royal Mail guidelines we do not consider an item lost for 15 Working days, therefore will be unable to refund or replace items until 15 working days from date of dispatch has elapsed. After this time If you have not received your goods, we will send you a form with a return envelope, which you are kindly asked to complete and return to us within not more than one week. Only on receiving a completed signed declaration will we accept the complaint and send another item or a refund of costs. The form is necessary for the Royal Mail in order to make a complaint about services.

* Sizing. Please check size of item is correct prior to bidding, rectifying a mistake is costly and time consuming and may not be possible. Size Charts. Please note the difference in sizing systems between UK Europe and USA. Bidding on one item and asking for another is against the ethos of eBay and we will act accordingly

* Bid Cancellation. If you have made a mistake and bid incorrectly, please use the cancel bid option in the listing. Please message us to let us know, it is easier for you to cancel than for us sort out later. Please remember retractions show on your record and are looked at by ebay.

* Nice people. We are a hardworking team of people with a genuine commitment to ebay and the ebay community. We endeavor to answer all queries and be as helpful as possible, if you have contacted us and not received a reply it will be due to an oversight or missing email so please try again. Nasty People. There are a few within ebay who don't share the values of the majority, regrettably our policies have to be robust enough to ensure we can deal with these people effectively within the constraints of the ebay system. i.e. We will not give in to silly demands, threats and coercion just for an easy life.
