We allow 7 days for payment before sending a reminder, if no payment is made after 10 days we will cancel the sale and raise a dispute to recover our fees. * Combined Payments / Shipping Discounts. If bidding for more than 1 item or using Buy It Now for more than 1 item please wait until all items have finished auction before completing our checkout. All items will be merged together in our checkout to enable a single payment to be made with a shipping discount. A 7 day limit applies between the first and last items finishing in auction for consolidation, thereafter payment must be made immediately to comply with our 7 day payment policy (Above). * Returns / Refunds. You may return an item within 5 working days of its being delivered. We take the date of delivery to be a maximum of 3 working days after the date of posting (source: Royal Mail).After this time there is no possibility of returning the item. If there was no error on our part and you simply wish to return the goods, then you must pay the cost of delivery.We will also make a deduction of 8% on the amount refunded (to cover costs of postage, packing and re-listing). In the rare event of an item being lost in the post, please note that in line with Royal Mail guidelines we do not consider an item lost for 15 Working days, therefore will be unable to refund or replace items until 15 working days from date of dispatch has elapsed. After this time If you have not received your goods, we will send you a form with a return envelope, which you are kindly asked to complete and return to us within not more than one week. Only on receiving a completed signed declaration will we accept the complaint and send another item or a refund of costs.
