Delivery
All purchases are checked before packing, then packed with care and attention. If possible please provide a full address and check it validity. Telephone number is not necessary but it is extra useful for the courier if they are having difficulties delivering.
We do our best to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. We will try to dispatch it at the same working day or in 24 hours. But after we dispatching, we can not control the bad weather effect or courier fault. Such as ice, snow, or transfer to wrong depot. So please be understanding and patience for delay. For tracked services, please use your unique track number to track item first which we supply to you if item is delay.
For non tracked services, please be patient and wait little longer, courier allow 15 days delay for inland and 25 working day dealy for internatinal in their policy. After that, if item still do not arrive, then we can claim to courier and arrange resend or full refund to you as you wish.

Next day delivery options
We can now offer a next day delivery option. This is and will be £9.49 delivered next day by 24 hour courier. Customer must make order and finish payment before 3PM. The last posting day for delivery the same week is Thursday(except holiday).
Please note: We cannot be held or delay responsible if you are not in to sign when the courier attempts delivery. Next day delivery option is not available if you are in Northern Ireland, offshore islands or parts of Scotland.
Europe delivery
If postage paid as tale, we will use parcel force and supply track number.
If postage paid lower than table, we will use royal mail air mail small packet services, and without track number. If item more than 2kg, it will be separated to two parcels.
The rest of world
Most postage is 19.99 pounds. The courier is EMS. If item is more than 2kg, it maybe seprated to two parcels. Track number is available. The delivery time maybe taken 1 month. Dispatched from China.
Orders delay or lost
Orders usually arrive within the specified time. In the case of a lost or delayed item we need to wait at least 15 working days for inland and 25 working days for international after dispatch before a replacement or refund can be issued.
Please note: Genuine postal losses are rare in the UK. Experience has shown us that in most cases items are returned to us by the Post Office as uncollected when buyers have reported items as undelivered. Please check with your local delivery office before contacting us about non-delivery. Where items are returned to us we will contact you and a further Postage and Handling charge will be made before items can be redelivered.
In the event that a parcel is returned to us and there are some issues that should be resolved, an email is written to the customer notifying him/her of the parcel. If 60 days lapse without any response, the goods are warehoused and disposed of.
Returns
If you feel that any of our products are not to a high standard then you are welcome to return them within 7 days for a refund or exchange. You will need your invoice or order number to do this.
If you change your mind within 7 days then we are happy to refund or exchange the item. To do this, the product must be returned with all tags, labels still attached and in the original condition without using. You will need your invoice or order number to do this.
Important: please check item immediately when courier pass it to you, if item damaged by delivery, then do not sign for it and ask courier return back to us.

Please return the item to the below address, wrapped and in resellable condition along with a note of your name, address and that you require a refund of the item price. All refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt.
