Pen Marks on Manga Books

This is a felt-tip pen across the top or bottom edge of the book. This mark is known as Remainder Marks. Although the books are new they are marked this way so that we can only sell it as used and hence price the books accordingly.

Shelfwear on our Books

Almost all of our books are new unread but they may have slight shelfwear. This is a result of warehouse handling or being moved on bookshelves. It will be noticeable on the edge of the book or slightly on cover. We will make detailed comment for any books that have more wear than just a slight one. We will not regard a book with a tear or large dent as one having a slight shelfwear.
