We use an application called "Virtual Terminal" which is part of the paypal application. We input your detials directly on to this system and DO NOT record it on any other system. This application is governed by paypal terms,conditions and privacy policies. 

WE WILL NEVER ASK YOU TO PROVIDE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD DETAILS VIA EMAIL OR FAX, ALL DETAILS ARE TAKEN OVER THE PHONE IF AND WHEN REQUIRED.
