POSTAGE-Discount will be given for multiple purchases- I will endeavour to post all purchases within 1-2 days.UK goods will normally be delivered 1st class but more expensive items will be posted by special delivery. International purchases will be posted either by Royal Mail International signed or through a reputable courier service.-PAYMENTS-Preferred payment is paypal but cheques and postal orders are acceptable.Please pay as soon after the end of aucton as possible and I will then be able to post packages promptly.REFUNDS- For new items which still have their labels in tact, I will refund within 14 days of receipt and I will refund used goods within 7 days of receipt.

I am an avid shopper but I have become increasingly disheartened with the apathy and poor customer services shown in some of our major High Street Shops. So when I decided to open an E-Bay shop last year my priorities were to provide excellent service to all my customers by 1. Only selling good quality Authentic new or nearly new garments. 2. Posting your purchase as soon as possible. 3. Having a 100% no quibble refunds policy. I have a special interest in Burberry coats, Monsoon dresses and fashionable well fitting clothes for the curvier woman. Unfortunately I am still rather slow at putting the clothes on so please feel free to ask for specific sizes. After the first year I am pleased with my progress and I will continue to give my best in 2011.
