The total cost of your order is equal to the price displayed on the listing plus the delivery charge. The total delivery cost includes all handling fees. We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Listings and/or the delivery charges at any time without notice.

Do you Live in N. Ireland or the Channel Islands - As per the listing details, we will ask for an additional £5 towards postage, and delivery times will increase by a couple of days - Our courier charges us considerably more to send to these locations, so we prefer to use Royal Mail Recorded. We have to send these items to another location to be sorted for delivery (effectively, costing sending them twice), and as Royal Mail Recorded is still more than our usual cost, we have decided to recover this loss from our N. Ireland and Channel Island customers.

Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to your nominated delivery address, whereupon the risk of loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Ownership of the goods does not pass to you until payment is received in full by SA Solutions.

Some postal addresses in offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our delivery services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. You will be notified of this when you place your order. Customers awaiting deliveries to Northern Ireland may need to wait an extra day to receive their order.

We will only deliver to the address on the order placed (to protect against fraudulent card use). If we receive your order for Goods, we will endeavour to deliver them within 5 to 10 working days or sooner but this cannot be guaranteed as delays are occasionally inevitable (please note that there may be a delay between you submitting your order and it reaching use through the Internet). Please note that we may not stock all sizes of boots, and so, in this case we will order them from the manufacturer right away (this is aloud by Ebay). This can also lead to some short delays, but this is very rare and the whole process does not usually take longer than 7 working days, from the time ordered, to the time it reaches your door. However, please allow up to 30 days for delivery - If after this time, you have still not received your item, we will either refund you (in the case us out-of-stock items, or offer a new item of the same value (in the case of the item being lost in the post).

When we deliver your items you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them. All deliveries will require signed proof of delivery. If the carrier is unable to deliver the goods they will be held by the carrier and a card left stating that a delivery was attempted. No goods will be left in sheds, garages, gardens or outhouses.They will usually try and deliver on the next working day.

If you cannot arrange for them to redeliver, you should collect your item from them.

If you are not able to do this and knowingly let the delivery company return the item to us (after about 1 week), we will refund you the cost of the item, minus the cost of delivery and any charges that the delivery company charge us for retuning it (usually about £10).
