When will my item be dispatched?
Most items will be dispatched the next working day however please be aware that it may not be marked as sent on eBay until the end of the day
What happens if my item doesn't arrive?
If your item hasn't arrived within a reasonable timescale then please let us know and we will do our best to chase it for you. For Royal Mail 1st Class, please be aware that we do have to give the item enough of a chance to arrive before we can re-send/refund

How much assembly is required on the bikes?
Our bikes come boxed and do require some basic assembly. You will need to put the front wheel on, turn the handlebars, put the saddle in and put the pedals on. The gears/brakes are attached however they may require some adjustment
