Can I collect my item?
We have recently launched a nationwide click and collect service, so you can order your product and pick it up within 2-3 days from your local eBay collection point. [over 150 points nationwide].
Do you offer combined postage?
Unfortunately we are only able to offer a combined postage if you bought two of the same item/colour. The postage will automatically update in the eBay checkout
When will my item be dispatched?
Most items will be dispatched the next working day however please be aware that it may not be marked as sent on eBay until the end of the day
What happens if my item doesn't arrive?
If your item hasn't arrived within a reasonable timescale then please let us know and we will do our best to chase it for you. For economy postage, please be aware that we have to give the item 14 working days to arrive before we can make a claim with Royal Mail. Economy post should however arrive within 3-5 working days of despatch [usually despatched next working day following your order]. If you need your item quickly then we would reccomend selecting the express postage option.

How to I return an item?
If you need to return an accessory item then there is no need to contact us first. To return the item, you just need to fill in the returns form on your invoice and post it back to us at

Please note that if items are being returned for any reason other than being not as described, faulty or damaged then they must come back to us in their original packaging as new, and as they arrived. All items should be packaged as they were received. You may be liable for any damage caused by yourself or by insufficient packaging.
How much assembly is required on the bikes?
Our bikes come boxed and do require some basic assembly. You will need to put the front wheel on, turn the handlebars, put the saddle in and put the pedals on. Bikes will also require a full setup, which can include but is not limited to gear alignment and crank tightening. We reccomend professional setup as any damage caused by incorrect setup will not be covered under warranty.
How do I receive feedback?
Positive feedback will be left for you automatically once you have given feedback to us
Do you have an email address?
The best way to contact us in writing is through eBay messaging. This is in line with eBay's policies.
Can I cancel or change an order after it has been submitted?
If you wish to make a change to an order or cancel it then it is important to note that our turn around time on messages is 1 working day. There is a chance therefore that your request may not be picked up in time. If you need to make a change to your order then you may be safer speaking to us directly Monday-Friday 9.30-5pm on 0330 555 0080. Our despatch team also work on a 1 day turn around so there is a chance that your order will be despatched before we are able to make any changes. If this happens, Rutland Cycling will not hold any responsibility for errors caused by incorrect information provided at checkout. If you wish to change your delivery address after an order has been placed, then we will require a proof of residency for the billing address in advance. Again we will not be held responsible for orders that are sent out with incorrect information, even if you have contacted us.
