Return of goods as listed in the Ruscrete 2007 brochure under the Terms and Conditions section are as follows.
We may in our sole discretion accept or reject the return of any goods which have been incorrectly ordered. If we decide to accept the return of such goods, such acceptance shall be upon such terms as we may determine and in particular we reserve the right to charge for the carriage and handling of such goods. We will not accept the return of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Request of returns for ebay sales will need notification to our Customer Service Department within 7 days of receipt. All items requiring a signature upon delivery must be signed unchecked by the signatory. If we decide to accept the return of goods the item/items must be returned to us in it's original packaging with the purchaser covering the cost of the return postage to Ruscrete Ltd.
