Do you offer money back guarantee?
We make every effort to describe the rug and the specification; we also have strict quality inspection before dispatching the rug to the customer. However still if you are not satisfied with your purchase we do offer money back guarantee or exchange, please ask us for more details. Please note that we would not be able to refund the postage costs involved.

Can I collect the rug in person?
Yes you can collect in person from our warehouse facilities located off Manchester Road, Bradford, West Yorkshire. The address is as follows

Can I collect my rug on Saturdays?
That can be arranged at prior notice of at least 2 days, please call us for more details.

Do I save postage costs if I collect in person?
Our postage costs include packaging, quality checks and logistics of our rugs from stock to warehouse, we can offer some discounts on postage on some rugs if collection is made in person. Please call us for further details.

What are your opening times?
We are open Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm

Do you post rugs internationally?
Yes we post rugs to almost every major destination, we use professional couriers like “Parcel Force” and they have a worldwide reach.

Are the postage costs different to different destinations?
Yes postage and courier costs are different for destinations other than England, please confirm exact postage costs from us if you have any doubts.

I cannot find what I am looking for?
We would be more than happy to help, please do let us know if you cannot find the rug you are looking for, our customer services will be more than happy to assist you. If there any special requirements than we will try our best to find solutions for you, please contact us.

How the prices of your rugs are so low?
We offer rugs at much lesser prices and good discounts than high street, because unlike high street shops we do not have big overheads, we are a mail order company and we operate through internet and hence we do not have retail showroom and sales team costs. Also we deal in big volumes in sales and purchase and hence offer savings to our customers.

Do you sell seconds, old rugs or imitations?
No we do not sell any old, used, seconds or imitations. We buy directly from genuine manufacturers and designers across the globe. We do understand that there are some sellers who believe in selling cheap imitations but we do not believe in that. We are known for quality and durability of our rugs and that is our promise to our buyers.

I would like to exchange the rug. What’s the return address?
You can send us the rug back at our warehouse facilities located at

Please note that the costs involved in sending back the rugs to us will be paid by you and we cannot adjust these costs. 

Do you accept cheques?
Yes we can accept cheques, but please note that we would not be able to send the rugs to you till the funds are cleared in our bank.

Do you accept postal orders?
Yes we do accept postal orders.

Can I pay in cash, while collecting the rug myself?
Yes you can pay us in cash.

Do you offer postage discounts?
Yes on multiple items we offer postage discounts, please contact us or find it on our website pammarugs.com or our eBay postage and delivery details.

What is the refund policy?
Our refund policies are available on our eBay listings and our website www.pammarugs.com

I am an old customer, do you offer any loyalty discounts?
Yes we love our customers and repeat business please contacts us and we would be more than happy to help.

My rug has not arrived on time, what shall I do?
Please allow 2-3 working days for the delivery of the rugs, sometimes due to certain circumstances courier companies cause delays. There is nothing to worry about as our deliveries are insured and can be tracked. If you do not receive your item after 3 working days then please do let us know and we would chase the item for you and keep you updated. Special range and exclusive designer rugs may take up to 7-10 working days to get delivered, we would also confirm the availability and exact delivery times for such items. If item is not available or could not be delivered in 7-10 working days we would inform this to you as early as possible and if you would like we would refund your money straight away.

What about feedbacks?
Nothing motivates us more than a happy customer, we love positive feedbacks and all five stars for our performance. Highly unlikely we come across problems in our business due to technical or reasons beyond our control but we still do not wish to lose our customers. Please be considerate and let us know if you are not happy or if you have any questions before leaving poor ratings and/or poor feedbacks and we would love to resolve your query.
