The collection agent asked for a collectioncode. I did not know what this was. The picture saying it had arrived was reported to me at about 15:00 whereas the collection code was not sent till 17:33. This caused confusion and misunderstanding for which I have personally apologised to the gentleman at the collection point. I have never used this system before. SUGGESTION WHY NOT SEND OUT THE COLLECTION CODE AT THE SAME TIME AS THE PHOTO SHOWING ARRIVAL
