Payment Policy

  • We  accept payment via PayPal, Online bank transfers and Cheques.

  • Our PayPal address is ebay@rotating-electrics.com

  • Units paid for by cheque must wait until cheque has cleared before dispatch.

  • We will use your PayPal Shipping Address as the delivery address. If you would like to change the address, please send us an email before sending payment and leave a note at PayPal payment.

  • Please do not bid if you disagree with our Payment Policy.

Shipping Policy

  • The postage fee listed is for UK Mainland ONLY.
  • This does not include N.Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Western Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands.
  • If you are outside this region then please ask for postage cost.
  • Units purchased out of the Mainland UK region without paying the extra postage cost will remain with Rotating Electrics until the cost is paid.
  • All our stocks are maintained at good level so all Units would be dispatched within 24 hours unless it is a specialised Unit and said otherwise.
  • For standard shipping we use UPS Standard, next day delivery is able at an extra cost and is UPS Express.
  • Standard postage usually takes 2 to 3 business days. 95% of parcels will be delivered within the reference time. *(excludes Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays or postal work strikes - these do not count as business days)
  • Overseas mail may take longer.
  • E-CHECK payments may delay the processing time because we will only send out the goods until it’s cleared by PayPal (approximately it would take 3 business days).
  • All items are shipped from a warehouse located overseas.
  • Shipping fee is charged per Unit unless 3 or more Units are purchased.
  • Shipping and packaging fee includes postage, package material, warehouse cost and other distribution cost.
  • We do not offer local pick-up services, all purchases are via post.
  • Please do not bid if you disagree with our Shipping Policy.

Returns & Refunds Policy

  • To return a Unit, contact us providing details (Username, Full Name, Unit, Problem, and a Return Address if you require another Unit) and we will then provide you with a Returns Reference number and a Returns Address.
  • Units sent back without authorisation will not be processed.
  • If the Unit arrives damaged then return the Unit to us and we will send out another one once we receive the damaged one. This has to be reported within 7 days of arrival.
  • At no point will we refund any postage costs.
  • All Units are check and tested before being dispatched, however if the Unit appears to be faulty then contact us.
  • If you do require a Refund then contact us providing details (Username, Full Name, Unit, Amount and PayPal Email Address) and we will then provide you with a Refunds Reference number.
  • Wrong Unit/s purchased will result in a 20% handling charge if a refund is requested.
  • Shipping and Handling fees will not be refunded.
  • Buyer will be responsible for charges where applicable when returning Unit/s to us for exchange.
  • Please do not bid if you disagree with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Unpaid bidders: Please complete eBay checkout form after buying or winning an item. All items are to be paid for within 7 days. All non-payers will a non-paying-bidder alert will be filed plus reported to eBay and a strike will be placed under eBay's Unpaid Item Process.
  • If you receive an incorrect item (item which YOU have not ordered), please notify us within 7 days after the day received. We will send a replacement in guarantee good condition to you. We will ask you to return the item at our cost.
