Postage & Payment

Paypal is our preferred payment option. We will also accept payment by direct bank transfer (UK buyers only) or personal cheque or postal order if your are unable to pay by paypal.

All goods will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment being received. Items will be dispatched by Royal Mail second class recorded service. Signature is needed to collect items.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days upon the receipt. You must return the items in original package and in sellable condition. Refund (less cost for postage and packaging) will be made once the return is received.

Custom made items and earrings are not able to be accepted for return.

Use the "Tooth Test" to Spot the Fake


There are some fine imitations today that can be very convincing. Some have actually been mistaken for fine cultured pearls. An easy, reliable test in most cases is the "tooth test". Run the pearl gently along the edge of your teeth (the upper teeth are more sensitive, and also be aware that the test won't work with false teeth). The genuine pearl will have a mildly abrasive or gritty feel (think of the gritty feeling of sand at the seaside - real pearls come from the sea), while the imitation will be slippery smooth. Try this test may be unreliable for amateurs when applied to the imitation "Majorica"pearl, however.
