Terms and conditions

I accept paypal, personal cheques and postal orders. Please note that cheques have to clear before an item is sent. Payment should be recieved within 7 days of purchase.

All items are carefully packed with utmost attention. On the rare circumstance that an item has been delivered damaged please advise me via the ebay message system within two days of receipt. Damaged goods will always be replaced (please note that photographic evidence may be required - please keep product and packaging exactly as it was delivered to you)

Parcels are posted 2nd class royal mail (unless otherwise specified or requested) and heavier items are sent via ANC Courier or parcelforce. I post three times a week, usually Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If you are in a hurry and would like to send your item first class (1-2 working days) guaranteed next day delivery or would like the added security of a signed for delivery please contact me for a postal upgrade.

If you are out at the time of the delivery the royal mail will take the parcel back to the general post office and leave a card. It is your responsibility to collect the item within the given time limit and I cannot be held accountable for any parcels that are returned to me by the post office and any additional costs that may be incurred to you.

Please note that I cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost in the post as it is Royal Mails responsibility to complete delivery. Royal Mail will not class items as missing until after 14 days and although I can sympathise with the frustration and inconvienience caused I cannot take action until after this. If your item has not been recieved after this period I will then send a out a replacement and I will make a claim agaist Royal Mail.

Refunds are only given should there be a valid reason i.e wrong goods delivered, a defect or damaged. PLEASE NOTE refunds are not given on unwanted or unsuitable items.
