We manufacture all sizes of roller shutter doors
This listing is for a electric roller shuttter door to suit opening width of 4000mm x 2000mm high.  This door comes complete with a key switch but if you prefer a remote control operation please add £30.00.

Specification:
Tubular Motorised and Counter Balanced

All these roller shutter doors have a 50mm bell mouth and all guides and fixing holes are no more than 850mm apart.

Roller shutter doors that are:
2m high will have 10inch end plates
3.2 high will have 12inch end plates
doors that are higher will have 14inch end plates.

Roller shutter doors where the width is up to:
2.5m wide will have 50mm guides
then from 2.5m to 4m wide will have 65mm guides
then from 4m to 5m wide will have 75mm guides

All these doors will be of a standard galvanised finish

Specification:
Industrial and Chain Operative Doors

All these roller shutter doors will have a 65mm bell mouth and all guides and angle fixing are no more than 850mm apart, the angle will be 6mm thick, all doors will have industrial size plates.

Roller shutter doors that are:
Up to 4m wide will have 75mm guides
Wider will have 100mm guides

All guides will be of standard galvinised finish.  Angles and end plates will be painted black.

Upon purchasing your order please could provide us with the following information:

The opening width
The opening height
If it is to be face fix or side fix
Angles toed in or toed out
If it is being fixed to steel or brick work
How much room to fix to
How much head room above opening
What side you want the motor or chain gearing

Please note canopies, locks and powder coating charges are not included in the price lists but all roller shutter doors are end locked.

The charge for powder coating is £15 per square metre
Bullet locks will be £20 welded onto the guides.
The cost of canopies will be £15 per metre
