How do I pay with Debit / Credit Card?

Although eBay offers the option to pay via debit or credit card, the card payment can not actually be made online.
To pay via credit or debit card please call us using the number on our Contact Page, making sure that you have all your card details available. We use a secure card reader and our transactions are processed by Streamline.

What will happen with my card detiails?

Once the payment has been confirmed, all card details are shredded and disposed of appropriately, therefore you can be sure that we will handle your details as safely and securely as possible.

Where should I send my cheque / postal order to?

Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Roco Clothing.

If I pay using a cheque / postal order when will I receive my item?

Please note that when paying by cheque or postal order we will not be able to post goods untill the payment as cleared.
If you are in a rush or require special next day delivery it is advised that you pay via PayPal or Credit / Debit card.
