Delivery services

We at Roco Clothing understand how important it is for you to receive your goods at an expected date, particularly when you are ordering for a special occasion. We are a United Kingdom based company but we will gladly ship to any international address.

The postal services we use are:

   • Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded - UK Only FREE
   • Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery - UK Only
   • Royal Mail 1st Class International Recorded - Worldwide.

Important information about Next Day Special deliveries in UK.

Your order must be placed before 1pm on a week day for it to arrive by 1pm the following working day.
Any orders placed after 1pm on a week day will not be dispatched until the next working day.
Please note: Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
If you do require Next Day Delivery after 1pm then please contact us on (0161) 273 3773.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to process all orders on the same working day (unless specified otherwise), but sometimes you may have to wait 2 working days for dispatch so please bare this in mind. This is not applicable to Next Day Special delivery orders.

Delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an e-mail. Please then refer to these estimated delivery dates:

   • United Kingdom Estimated 1-5 working days.
   • Europe (other than UK) Estimated 3-10 working days, (can take up to 3 weeks in some destinations.)
   • All other destinations Estimated between 1-4 weeks.

Please note that Sundays and bank holidays are not counted as a working day.

Express delivery outside of UK

Looking for a quicker delivery service to an address outside of the UK? Express delivery is typically 3-5 working days to most locations. Please contact us for further information.

Customs Duty

International customers should be aware that they are liable to pay any customs or imports tax and import VAT if requested.

What if I miss my delivery?

You will be left a 'something for you' card to notify you that a delivery has been attempted. Sometimes they will leave it with a neighbour, or in a specified safe place. If not then it will be kept securely at your local delivery office. You will need to take this red card - or your tracking number - and some proof of identification to obtain your parcel.
Alternatively, you can arrange a re-delivery through this booking form.

I'm not happy with the items I've received.

If you are dissatisfied for whatever reason with your product, then we will be more than happy to assist you in correcting this issue. Refer to our Returns & Exchange page for more information.

Please note that all delivery times quoted are approximate and may be subject to unforeseen circumstances which are outside of our control. However, we will always endeavour to deliver within the times quoted.
