Orders are delivered by either using the Royal mail or our carrier ANC Fedex.

Our delivery service?

If a parcel is small enough it will be delivered  first class Royal mail. If you do not receive your order within a few days please contact us on 01228 537469. Larger more bulky items will be sent with our carrier. ( ANC Fedex ) Please note all deliveries are usually next working day. ( There are no deliveries on  a Saturday or Sunday ) Important! Could you please ensure that some one will be at the delivery address to avoid the parcel being returned to our warehouse. Delivery is between 9am and 5.30pm. If you need an alternative delivery address please let us know. If for what ever reason you are not in a card will be left. Please ring the number on this card as soon as possible to arrange a convenient delivery time. Next day delivery will be dependent on the time that the order is placed and allowing for seasonal variations.

Are you insured?

Yes all our goods are insured against loss or damage. We must be notified of shortages and damage immediately by either telephoning the above number or emailing: sales @rockvillage.co.uk
