1. Find the right goods. With millions of buyers and thousands of categories on eBay, there's a vast array of items that can be sold successfully. Keep in mind, however, as a Trading Assistant we will advise you if we believe your item/s will sell and for how much, for example;
• Items in excellent condition are more likely to sell than the same type of product in poor condition.
• If the price of your items can be found for a lot cheaper elsewhere you need to think what a more reasonable price for your items would be. If you're not sure about your item's value or chances of being sold, we will be happy to make an assessment for you.
You can also do a little research of your own by searching for similar items on eBay and seeing how they perform.
As a Trading Assistant we are aware that some types of items are prohibited from being sold on eBay and will inform you if your items come under this category.
2. Are we the right Trading assistant for you? We believe we could help you, but that isn't for us to decide, there are several ways you can find out if we are the right Trading Assistant for you.

As a Trading Assistant, we will collect payment from the buyer, deduct any fees you owe, and pass the rest on to you. Simple and easy transaction.
However if the customer pays on collection we will deduct the sales fees and commissions on future transactions.

Therefore we will mutually arrange a justifiable marketing strategy as to why you have retained our services and we are selling products through the eBay platform on your behalf.

Fees

As a trusting Trading Assistant and Top-rated seller, we charge a small fee of only 10% plus any eBay and PayPal fees once your item sells. When your item has sold, we will inform you, deduct our fees and pass the rest of the money onto you. We can transfer your money via PayPal, Bank Transfer or send payment by cheque once the fees have been deducted. Unless, a previously agreed arrangement, has been made with our Business Client.
NB Please note payments are held until customer has collected or received items and are satisfied with their purchase, this also relates to the OFT and the long distance selling regulations as customers have the right to return goods within 7 days of receipt.

Terms and Conditions

When you appoint us as a trading Assistant, we will ask you to sign the order form declaration, stating that you are the rightful owner of the property, that we have been appointed to sell on your behalf, also that if you sell an item and it is no longer in stock, you must inform us immediately so we can cancel the sale on eBay (this normally relates to clearance items).
On the order form will be a complete eventual breakdown of our fees and eBay's. Taking the 1st picture of the items you are selling is free! Additional pictures cost a small fee as editing is required.
