Customer Returns

As a lawful and upright business in the community we respect both 'The Long Distance Selling Regulations' and the 'Sale and Goods Act' relating to the Office of Trading Standards.

It is therefore your right as a consumer customer to return new items within 7 - 14 days from receipt providing it is returned in the original packing and in good condition, described as a saleable condition.

If an item is faulty we will accept the return in good faith where we will issue a full refund and also credit back the return postage to a customers Pay Pal account. If items are purchased by mistake, we will accept the return, but cannot afford to credit back the return postage to our customer.
