Question - How can I tell if the items are new or refurbished?
Answer - The condition of all our products sold are clearly stated and detailed on each catalogue product listing. The information can be found just bellow the main product title of each item and also in the full description section.
Question - Please explain refurbished in more detail?
Answer - In our industry we do get customers returning goods, in most cases there is nothing wrong with the items. Most of the problems a customer experiences, is due to incompatibility of the product, buying the wrong item, or especially regarding USB (universal serial devices), fail to connect to the operating system vendor for the necessary drivers and patches for the device purchased from ourselves to work properly. So with these items we test them again, grade them and in most cases box and package them again as refurbished items for sale.
Payment:
Question - How do I pay for goods?
Answer - The most common and easiest method of payment is through Paypal, this also provides you with buyer protection. If you do not have a Paypal account and would like to set one up, please click here (a new browser window will open for you).
Postage and Shipping:
Question - Who will deliver my purchases?
Answer - All goods are delivered by the Royal Mail or Parcel Force from one of our mailing houses in the United Kingdom. This also relates to our International Customers.
Question - How long does it take for my purchases to arrive?
Answer - Most items are shipped the very next day, but we always aim to process an order at the very earliest opportunity and aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of cleared funds.
Question - Do you deliver outside of the United Kingdom?
Answer - Yes we do ship Internationally to most Countries of the World with a few exceptions that are either due to a locations reach or poor reliability of goods being delivered to customers.
Customer Returns:
Question - How long do i have before I have to return my products?
Answer - Under the Long Distance Selling regulations, all customers have up to 7 working days after you have taken delivery. To cancel the order you must notify us by email through the eBay members email service that is located in the 'My eBay' members area.
As a fully lawful and registered business entity, we are fully compliant to Trading Standards and The Long Distance Selling Rules. You therefore have the option to return a product to us within 14 days, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition for a full refund.
Where a product is faulty, damaged or described incorrectly we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when an item is simply unwanted.
* This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or described goods, or your right to cancel orders under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Except for defective (faulty) items, we only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. You must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund.
