Here at our eBay store we are committed to getting your purchase to you at the earliest opportunity. Items placed and ordered before 3.00 pm (except weekends and bank holidays) are shipped the same day.

To ensure maximum efficiency we process shipping through the Pay Pal Pitney Bowes Service, on our Pay Pal Merchant Account Service. This enables both Pay Pal and eBay partners with an audit trail, with regards to proof of posting. Whilst most of our customers are good honest folk, regrettably we do get opportunists trying to take advantage of our goodwill. By using the Pay Pal Pitney Bowes service, this enables both Pay Pal and eBay Trust and Safety Team partners to flag up any potential fraud at the same time protecting our genuine customers.

Regrettably due to the economic climate and to ensure our customers receive their items safely, all orders have to be sent using a tracking service. These postal and courier charges are clearly stated on every 'buy it now' listing or 'auction'. All orders are either sent 1st class recorded, next day delivery 24 and 48 hour.

The actual postal charges to customers are NOT inflated, or increased in any form. We do not profit from postage and customers are welcome to cross reference these charges with the postal or courier services web site.
