We try to keep our costs down but still use a reputed traceable delivery company.

That is why we use Fastway Couriers, although their prices are not cheap they offer a good service,

We wrap all our products in shrink wrap and then use bubble wrap followed by more shrink wrap 

and then we band it altogether, this all takes time

The delivery can be Tracked and you will be sent a tracking number so you can see when you item will

arrive.

Dispatch

We dispatch within 10 working days which gives us the time needed to make an item if we don't have it in stock.

Dispatch is then picked up in the afternoon and delivered within 2-3 working days.

So it could work out to be 6-10 working days before you receive your order, we do contact you when things are

going to be longer time than normal.

We also try to send before 10 working days , we specify 10 working days to give us breathing room.
