Shipping Information

• Our Standard listings are set up for shipping to the mainland UK.

  • International shipping is available on many of our items. Please see the eBay interface to find out the shipping charges to your country.

• Outlying Areas of the United Kingdom - Shetlands, Channel Islands for example - PLEASE CALL or EMAIL for an accurate shipping price before you buy.
   

• In Stock items dispatched via UPS should arrive the next working day
      from dispatch. (Applies to domestic UK Mainland Shipping)
     
      Please find a few examples below to clarify.
     

  •  Eg 1. Order by 12pm Monday, item dispatched 4pm same day. Arrive
        between 9 and 5 on Tuesday.
      

  •  Eg 2. Order Friday evening, item dispatched by 4pm the following    
        Monday. Arrive between 9 and 5 on Tuesday.
     

  • The only exceptions to this are remote and extended areas such as Highlands, Borders, Aberdeenshire, Northern Scotland, Inverness and Dundee which are currently running on a 2 working day service.
     

• In Stock items dispatched via Royal Mail should arrive within 3-5 days on standard parcel service to most parts of the United Kingdom.
   

• We do not ship to Indonesia or Africa - sorry.
   

• Non EU Shipping Locations.

  • Shipping to locations outside of the EU is available - namely, the USA, Canada and Australia as well as many others.

  • Remember NEW items in the UK carry a 20% VAT rate which should be removed (divide by 1.2) from the buy it now figure.

  • Please be aware that you may be liable for import duty when importing from abroad. We can not accept any liability for this, so please check with your local tax office if you are unsure.
