Postage & Payment

ALL of my crystals ARE wrapped in Bubble Wrap which can make some single crystal parcels TOO large for the Letter postage rate.

I sell on ebay -therefore i have to buy the items i sell.

to the best of my knowledge i use reputable wholesalers.

if as a buyer you are not satisfied with any item you have bought from ria crystals please do contact me to resolve the problem before leaving negative feedback as i do take pride in the service i give and unfair feedback does upset.

i HAD TO SHOW THE EMAIL i RECEIVED FROM one of the VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMERs i sell to.

"I'm sure I'll love them all...your pics are really honest...some sellers artificially light their stones in ways to make them look far "more" than they actually are...your stones are always far better than what the pics show!"

MESSAGES

Please - Please - Please leave any messages or requests for specific crystals - beads - sizes etc through eBay when you purchase, as not all Pay Pal confirmations get sent to me and therefore I do not see the messages.

Due to the large number of orders I receive I am unable to go into every Pay Pal payment to check for messages, so please enter it on eBay or send me a message through eBay or at my eMail address which is listed. This has happened to me recently and I have been marked down fore it.

ITEMS NOT RECEIVED

I do get proof of postage for all parcels sent through the post. I will give a full refund for any items lost. This will be issued 15 days from the date of posting. I have found that Royal Mail in some instances is taking a long time to deliver the mail and I have made refunds in the past only for the parcel to arrive the next day. Please inform me within 5 days from payment (Unless the shop is closed) that the items are late to allow me to double check that everything is in order at this end.
