Thank you for shopping at Retrotogs. All our clothes are in good clean condition & we do not sell anything we would not be happy to receive ourselves. We only buy/sell quality labels. Unless otherwise stated, most of our items are "second hand", and are offered for sale at bargain basement prices. And no rip off postage costs either! Please take a peek at our shop, we cater for all tastes, styles & sizes & are listing new items almost on a daily basis.

Payment
Paypal preferred, otherwise Postal Order, cheques or bank transfer are all acceptable.
Postage
Most items are sent by 2nd class, to save on postage costs. In our experience, it is just as good as 1st class. Your item will usually be posted within 24 hours (unless you have paid with a Paypal echeque, which unfortunately will take around 10 days to clear). We use standard strong plastic mail sacks. If you purchase more than one item, we will try to offer a reduction in postage costs (although sometimes it is not possible with multiple pairs of heavy jeans).
Returns & Refunds
In compliance with European DSR's (Distance Selling Regulations 2002) & eBay guidlelines, we will accept returns within 14 days. Unless we are at fault, the buyer will be responsible for all costs associated with returns. Refunds will be processed on safe receipt of goods.
