| Q:What methods of payment do you accept? |

| A:We accept Paypal, Cheques drawn on a UK bank account(please write card number on reverse), Bank Transfer,UK Postal orders. |

| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:We will happily combine multiple purchases- But please be aware packages under 2 kilos-are priced totally on weight- In the past fabrics weighing over 2 kilos have carried prohibitive high overseas postage costs-BUT We have just negotiated some great savings with Parcelforce/Euro 48- So Bulk buying really does now pay ! |

| Q:Do you send surface mail? |
|
| A:No- This is for your protection as much as ours-it is not possible to insure .Also because we have negotiated highly reduced rates for airmail-Surface mail are often more! Prices quoted automatically include insurance cover up to 150GBP - this can be increased , are trackable & require a signature on delivery-All to give you complete peace of mind |

| Q:Do you send swatches/samples |
|
| A:We are unfortunately not able to offer a swatch service-as often the length we have -is the only length available & to send a swatch would necessitate cutting that length-Many of our fabrics are current designs & therefore available to see in the respective Company pattern books.

| Q:Do you send fabric on the roll? |
|
| A:As a rule-we do not send fabric on the roll-We send carefully wrapped, in waterproof packaging-This is for 2 reasons-to keep postage costs down(fabric on a roll is heavier) and some Postal services have restrictions on size, dimensions of package.
If you specifically req on a roll -Pls ask-we will always look at specific requests. |

| Q:Are your fabrics First quality? |

| A:We only sell new,unused,quality fabrics- We do not & never will sell inferior quality products or fabrics-Our own stringent quality controls check every fabric & product & we would never offer anything for auction or for purchase that we did not consider met our high standards. |

| Q:Do you have only the length of fabric listed available?.or would you have more? |
|
| A:We may have more available-Please do not hesitate to email us to ask-We will always get back to you & quickly let you know whether we have more available. |

| Q:I asked last week if you had more of a design available- You replied 'No'- Now I see more listed, Why is that? |

| A:Our stock changes rapidly-every week-sometimes everyday we get new stock-We will answer you honestly at the time of your question-but you must please appreciate the stock situation can change. |

| Q:I see some Postcodes are excluded in your UK quoted prices- why is this? |

| A:We have negotiated some special rates with our delivery courier- whilst the upside is lower costs for postage- Some areas in the UK carry a premium supplement- These are areas that tend to be slightly remote or more difficult to access-

| Q:Are your fabrics suitable for upholstery? |

| A:Obviously not all fabrics are suitable for upholstery, but we do have many that are- if in any doubt -Please do email and we will try to help - Please be aware that to comply with UK law-Fabrics suitable for upholstery- should be used with a Fire retardant liner. |

| Q:Will you introduce a Buy it Now on an auction item please. |

| A:We have a policy at Retrocollects - not to introduce BIN's on items already listed on auction -This is simply to be fair to all interested parties- We know there is nothing more annoying than watching an item and planning to bid- and suddenly it disappears!!.........because somebody has negotiated a BIN on the item. |

| A:We are registered, as a company, for payment of VAT our number is 856 6607 88 - In order to be fair to all Ebayer’s whether EU or Non EU everyone pays the same end price- We pay the VAT on all EU sales - Non EU bidders please be aware we will not subtract the VAT element from final auction prices-
