Founded in the early nineties, we're not just experienced in dealing with customers online, but in the real world too. Our retail shop has become the largest in North London.
We started selling records and CDs on our own website and ebay nearly ten years ago, and recently sent our 50,000th Ebay parcel.
While our ebay shop is smaller than some of our rivals, you'll see that our sales are regularly in the top three of UK Music sellers, we like to think that is thanks to our customer service and fast delivery times.
Dedicated Mail Order Office means Fast Delivery
We have a dedicated team to handle all our mail order sales, our parcels are picked up directly by the royal mail five times a week, meaning we can get items out to you very quickly. Unlike our rivals, we will always email to confirm when your item has been sent.
We use 'For the Purpose' mailers for all our parcels. We use quality CD jiffy bags, and the heaviest and thickest vinyl mailers currently available in the UK. All records are sent with an additional cardboard stiffener.
To maintain our highly competitive postage rates, we use a single stiffener for all LPs, 99.9% of all the records we send arrive in perfect condition using this method, however, double stiffening is available at only a slight increase in postage cost.

We generally increase package stiffness and add insurance and tracking for larger parcels and more expensive items completely free of additional charge.
We realise that Paypal isn't the only way people want to pay, so are happy to accept UK Cheques or Postal Orders. Unfortunately Ebay has outlawed the acceptance of cash through the mail (which we have always been happy to accept)
I'm afraid we do not have the ability to accept any International Money Orders or Western Union payments. We also can not currently accept bank transfers.
Responsible and Caring when things go wrong
Very very occasionally, things go wrong. Items get damaged in the post, or simple mistakes cause some problems. It's in these instances when our customer service shines through, as our 99.9% feedback will testify. We take our customer care very seriously, and it's our raison d'etre that all of our customers will happily buy from us again in the future.
