Buyers can return items to me within 14 days of first receiving them in the condition they were sent out for either a full refund or replacement of similar value. Buyers may become responsible for return postage costs.
Items are posted everyday except Wednesday, Saturdays & Sundays.
Items are posted internationally unless the weigh is over 2kg. International buyers should always email for postage rates before buying an item that has not been given an international postage rate. I will then email the buyer the correct postage rate for their particular country.
Proof of postage is always obtained for all items posted. Items are posted using Royal Mail. Items weighing more than 2kg are sent via DHL or UPS courier services.
You can pay using one of the following methods: Pay Pal, Crossed cheque, Uncrossed postal order or Credit card. Please do not send cash through the post!!! International buyers should pay using Pay Pal only
