| A:My turn around time from actually being paid for an item to posting an item is 1-3 days depending on if you paid for the item between Monday & Friday (excluding Wednesday's) or Saturday & Sunday |

All dvd's & video's, cd's, cassettes & books are all checked prior to being offered for sale. Items that are faulty or are not working correctly, are never offered for sale |

| A:All North American buyers should check the compatibility of their video players as no responsibility will be taken for videos ordered in error |
| Q:Can buyers change their minds about purchasing after winning a bid? |

| A:That is up to a buyer to decide, although if a buyer does change their about purchasing once they win a bid, an 'Unpaid Item Dispute' will be started on that buyer |

| A:The main difference in PAL & NTSC video games is the country that the game can be played in. PAL video games can only be played in the UK, Europe & Australia. NTSC video games can only be played in the USA, Canada, Mexico & Japan |
