Note: We do not add handling fees to shipping costs. If actual shipping comes to less than estimated or if we can ship flat rate for less than regular priority mail (or vice versa) we will refund the difference to the buyer within 1 business day of shipping.
NON-DELIVERY: If your purchases are undeliverable for any reason and are returned to us, we reserve the right to reclaim from you any and associated costs that may be charged to us.
International Shipping Note: Import duties, taxes, and related charges are the buyer’s responsibility. These fees are not included in shipping costs and should not be confused with additional shipping charges. Purchases will not be marked as “gift.” Full description and value will be stated on customs claims as required by law. Countries also have different insurance, size, and weight restrictions and/or limitations and some governments prohibit or limit the importation of certain goods. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check local customs or tax requirements prior to entering into a contract to purchase any item. Sales are final unless there is an error in the description or other extenuating circumstances.
All returns are subject to prior approval and must be returned within 3 days of receipt, fully insured, in original condition and packaging, at buyer's expense. Shipping/handling fees are not refundable. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. If you return an item without our approval prior to shipping it we cannot issue a refund. Color is not an acceptable reason for returns. (See Samples section, below, for information about colors.)
Restocking Fee Per Item: 20% Under $100; 15% Above $100 (to cover our costs for additional processing, bookkeeping, re-stocking, re-listing and other related fees not covered by eBay and PayPal return policies). |

Samples |
We are sorry but, except in rare cases (such as a special order fabric) we are not able to send samples. There are three basic reasons for this:
1) by the time you receive it the auction may be over or someone else may have purchased the fabric, or
2) it may be a unique piece of fabric that we cannot cut because we have listed the exact amount we have and to cut samples would shortchange the buyer.
3) We are currently receiving a minimum of 20 requests per day for samples and we do not have the staff, time, or fabric to fill them.
However, we do understand the importance of color accuracy for matching, so we spend a lot of time carefully selecting the closest colors in each fabric we sell from the thousands of swatches in the On-line Auction Color Chart (OAC). As our feedback indicates, our customers find that to be an excellent solution and an optimal tool for color matching.
As a service to our customers, The OAC is available in our store, at our cost.

If we do not list a manufacturer, product name, or fabric content, for example, we either do not have it or have agreed, for example, not to identify a manufacturer so we can bring you the best possible price. |

*ABOUT
COLORS*
Color representation on computer monitors can vary considerably. Unless you use a mac that is color calibrated exactly the same as ours, the colors you see may not even be close to the actual colors. PCs distort color the most and many are inaccurate enough for it to matter. The best way to determine what the color looks like is to use the OAC. We do not accept returns for color difference. If we did not think color accuracy was important we would not spend hours matching colors to the swatches in the chart and answering your questions about it. It is tedious and time consuming but is the best way we have found to help you accurately determine colors. If an item does not have the OAC swatch numbers in the listing, Please ask and we will gladly match it for you. For your convenience, we sell the chart in our store at our cost. Important Information About Our ListingsAs Decorators/Designers/Consultants, we do have private clients, but unlike some sellers, we will
NEVER END AN AUCTION or FIXED PRICE LISTING EARLY
so a private client can purchase a listed item ahead of Ebayers. However, should a private client
want to purchase a listed item that ends without a bidder, we will NOT RE-LIST it, but will sell it privately.
We reserve the right to end store listings after they have run for 10 days, but we will not end one before that. Our Policy Regarding Best OffersPlease do not send us an offer on items that are not listed with that option.
Your "BEST Offer" should be just that. Please do not waste our time or yours with frivolous low-ball offers.
We sell most of our items at below wholesale and with a low profit margin and it is insulting to be offered
pennies on the dollar. We will only consider offers that are Reasonable. If an item is recently listed,
"reasonable" is probably no more than 10-15% less than our asking price. If an item has run for a long time,
we will consider lower offers (25-35% less than asking price). If your offer is in the ballpark, but not
accepted, consider it an invitation to submit a higher bid. If your offer is close to our bottom line,
but a bit too low, we will make ONE counter offer.
We do not accept offers on sale items. If you absolutely love one of our items but it is too far beyond your budget,
please send us an email message. Perhaps we can list a shorter length
or suggest a similar fabric that is less expensive. We want to work with you, but we cannot sell
diamonds at cut glass prices. Thank you for your understanding and please bid responsibly.
