Question - What is your returns policy?
Answer - We will accept return of any unwanted goods that are not special orders. See item descriptions for details.
Question - Do you offer combined postage or orders for multiple items?
Answer - Yes, just select your items and request an invoice, do not pay until your invoice (with postage discount) arrives.
Question - How do I order lengths of rope and cord?
Answer - We sell rope is 3 metre lengths, cord 5 metres. If put 1 as the quantity required you will get 3 metres of rope or 5 metres of cord, if you put 2 as the quantity you will get 6 metres of rope or 10 metres of cord, and so on. We DO NOT cut your order unless you ask us to.
Question - Why do you only stock a fairly small range of items?
Answer - We specialise in supplying top quality gear that is up to the demands of the Rescue community. If we have concerns about the suitability of a product we do not sell it. However, new pieces of gear are coming on the market all the time. If you think there is something that we should be looking at let us know.
Question - Why don’t you stock waterproofs, boots, fleeces?
Answer - We would never buy boots online, so we don’t sell them either. The clothing manufacturers are so keen to have Mountain Rescue Teams wearing their kit that we cannot compete with the prices they offer to teams.
Question - Is the thread on your fuel bottles standard?
Answer - The thread is the same as on Sigg bottles and fits MSR and similar stoves. |
