Returning by Post
If you wish to exchange an item you must return it to store as we cannot exchange by post.
All items can be returned to us by post within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund to your PayPal account.
Please complete the Returning Your Goods Form enclosed in your delivery before returning your parcel by post to the following address:
Republic.co.uk, IDS Logistics (UK), Door 19, Parkway Int, 35 Kettlebridge Rd, Sheffield, S9 3BZ.
Price tickets and labeling must be kept on all garments returned.
Postage and Refund Process
Postage is paid by the customer. When returning parcels to us please make sure your Certificate of Posting is stamped at the Post Office and you keep all receipts confirming your order until you receive a refund confirmation email from us. We also recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the items you are returning.
The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, any parcels not received at our warehouse will not be refunded.
Please allow up to 15 working days to receive your refund. If you have not heard from us within this time please contact us as you may need to claim a refund through Royal Mail if your parcel has got lost in the post.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please contact us on ebay@republichelp.co.uk so we can inform on how to proceed.
Swimwear, underwear and jewellery must be returned to us unworn and in its original packaging.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
Returning items to store
Orders purchased on Ebay can only be returned to store for an exchange with a valid delivery note or order confirmation email.
To receive a refund to your PayPal account, please return your order via post (see returning by post) as our stores cannot refund to PayPal.
Price tickets and labeling must be kept on all garments returned otherwise an exchange will be refused.
Faulty returns can be exchanged at store but can only be refunded if returned to us by post.
