Can I bid for an item? (Will you negotiate on the price of this item?)

No, all items are at a ‘Buy it now’ price.

 

What happens if an item is cancelled? (Should this be out of stock)

In the event of an item cancelling due to stock availability we will notify you by email and a refund will be generated back to your Paypal account within 48 hours.

 

Where do you ship to?

We currently deliver to all of the UK, (excluding the Channel Islands). We use a 3rd party courier to ensure the safety of your purchases.

 

What happens if I receive an incorrect item?

In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect item please contact our customer service team on 0844 800 1044 or email ebay@republic.co.uk and they will be happy to assist in resolving your query.

 

What is your refund policy?

You can return your items to us within 28 days of receiving your order, we will refund you on receipt.

If returning by post, please complete the 'Returning Your Goods Form' enclosed in your delivery. If you no longer have your form please send your unwanted items to the address below along with your name and order number.

You will need to pay the appropriate post charge and please make sure you obtain a receipt as proof of post and keep this until your refund is confirmed.

All items returned for a refund should be unworn and still have all price tickets and labelling intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fit for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.

I saw an item but it is no longer showing in my size. Can you help?

If an item is no longer showing in the store then it's unfortunately now out of stock, keep an eye on the site as it may be back.

 

How can I pay?

At present we only accept payment via PayPal. This ensures the security of your transaction(s). PayPal is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay for all your online purchases. If you are unsure on how to use PayPal or if you are experiencing problems with your account, you can contact PayPal's Customer Support on 0870 730 7191.

 

Can I get a refund in store?

We can provide exchanges for any returns taken to our stores, but if you would like a refund you will need to return your order by post.

 

How long does delivery take?

Our current delivery time is estimated at 2-4 working days.

 

Can I change my delivery address/order once it has been placed?

No, you can only change your delivery address at the time you are placing your order. Once you have submitted your order we are unable to amend the address or any other details on the order. Once you have received your order there will be a returns form enclosed please follow the returns process on this.
