Returns

In the unlikely event that a product does not meet with your expectations, you may return the item to us. You must ensure that any returned goods are complete including all fittings and are undamaged, resalable and in their original packaging. Responsibility for shipping costs when returning goods lies entirely with you, the customer. Before returning goods, you must notify us of your intention to do so by contacting us.

If you notify us that you wish to send goods back to us within 7 working days of your receipt of them, then we will refund both the product cost and the original shipping cost (if any). Postage will not be refunded for a partial return. The 7 working day "cooling off" period starts on the first working day after you receive your goods.
