Returns:

We have a 14 day NO QUIBBLES return policy - you may return an item to us for a refund within 14 days for any reason. All we ask is that the item must be unworn with all tags and labels still attatched and in original packaging. Please include the completed return slip (provided in the package) with the return as this will help us to deal with the return a lot faster. We will refund the full amount minus postage. We will process the refund as soon as we get the item but please allow up to 7days especially for damaged items as we need to send the items back to the manufacturer for inspection. We are NOT responsible for the postage cost that you incur to send the items back to us. If you require an exchange, please send the item back along with £3 (uk only) to cover the return postage cost - item must be unworn with all tags and labels still attatched and in original packaging.

If we do not have your requested size a refund will be issued, thanks. We advise that you send the item back via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post when returning them.
