We have a 14 calendar day NO QUIBBLES return policy - you may return an item to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving the item for any reason. All we ask is that the item must be unworn with all tags and labels still attached and in original packaging. Please include the completed return slip (provided in the package) with the return as this will help us to deal with the return a lot faster. We will process the refund as soon as we receive the item but please allow up to 7days for refund. We are NOT responsible for the postage cost that you incur to send the items back to us. If you require an exchange, please send the item back along with £3 (UK only) to cover the return postage cost - item must be unworn with all tags and labels still attached and in original packaging.

All items are checked thoroughly before despatch however in the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty/damaged item from us please GET IN TOUCH with us within 3 DAYS of receiving the item so that we can resolve the matter quickly.
Upon receiving photographic evidence of the damage/fault we can email you a PREPAID returns label for you to post the item back to us FREE of charge for repair/replacement, however we will not reimburse postage costs that you incur to send the item back without using our FREE PREPAID returns service. Please note we reserve the right to refuse to repair/replace/refund the item if the damage is found to be self inflicted and you will be charged postage costs for us to send the item back to you.
