you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it
within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
addition to our returns policy, the Distance Selling Regulations state
all countries within the EU have a cooling off period of seven working
days to cancel your order.
note all returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
you do decide that you want a refund or exchange all we ask is that
