That means that if your item doesn't meet your expectations when you get it you may return the item for a replacement or a refund at your discretion.

We ship via several different methods. Most common for small items like mice, webcams, and headsets is USPS Mail. These orders are typically delivered in under 5 business days. For larger items like keyboards and speaker sets we use FedEx SmartPost, which typically takes just over a week transit time.
