STAR RATINGS - A NOTE ABOUT "DISPATCH TIME" - WE POST ALL ITEMS WITHIN 2-3 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING PAYMENT, WHICH WE BELIEVE TO BE A GOOD TIMING, HOWEVER WE ARE FINDING THAT OUR BUYERS ARE STILL LEAVING 1 OR 2 STARS ON THIS SUBJECT, WHICH IS A CONCERN. DISPATCH TIME IS HOW LONG IT TAKES US TO GET YOUR ITEM IN THE POSTAL SYSTEM, NOT HOW LONG IT TAKES THE POSTAL SERVICE TO GET IT TO YOUR DOOR. YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF THIS MATTER WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!
RETURNS POLICY.
Made to Order items - ie. All film cell Presentations (Actor/Actress Montages, Film Montages, Actor/Actress Signed Photo Film Cell Presentations, Trios, Duets, Double's and Single's, as well as buyer requests for specific scenes on our Plaques and Bookmarks. Made To Order items are not covered by our general returns policy or the distance selling rights (Please bear this in mind if you are buying a made to order item) - here is what is stated within ebay :-
"The cancellation rights do not apply to certain items including software, audio or video recordings that have been unsealed, perishable goods such as food or flowers, or items that have been made to order"
For Straightforward returns (Not including made to order items):

If you are not happy with your purchased item, please e-mail us immediately. Please read the rules specifically regarding Hand Made to Order items as they are not covered by the distance selling rules.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, using the same packaging / type of packaging as was sent and in the exact same resaleable condition - we will not accept damaged items.

All buyers must complete the returns form via ebay's resolution centre. Returns will NOT be accepted if this has not been completed for each item being returned.

We will not be responsible for items being returned that become lost or damaged in the post, and the buyer then becomes liable to make a claim for compensation against the Postal System themselves.

In the event of the item becoming lost or damaged on its return, we will not be liable to refund your money - we therefore insist that items are returned using a trackable service to cover yourself.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the item cost for each item returned - this is allowable under ebay rules.

We cannot be held responsible for damages caused whilst the item is in the hands of postal services.
In the event of receipt of damaged goods - it is the buyers responsibility to file a claim against Royal Mail.
From our experience Royal Mail will contact you directly and will require you to send them the packaging and whatever else they need to provide compensation.
They usually require a response within 3 working days, which is why we ask for you to deal directly. If they send us the letter, we would then have to forward it on to you causing a delay and potential loss of compensation.
Items which are damaged cannot be returned to us as it cannot then be proven if the damage was caused going to or from the buyer.
We will e-mail you a copy of the proof of posting to support your claim, however, we cannot send the actual certificate in case of claims by other buyers.

International Buyers - here is our Royal Mail statement:- "Unfortunately we can’t accept claims where the problems were caused by another postal operator or other third party"
We offer extra Insurance for our Airsure service at an extra cost of £4.20 on top of the Airmail charge.
Buyers who do not purchase the optional Insurance accept the risk for loss or damage and will not be able to make a claim against us.
If you want to ensure you get your item and it is insured in cases of damage we suggest you pay for the additional insurance.

In all cases - we will file a claim for compensation to Royal Mail after 17 WORKING days following dispatch. Royal Mail then takes approx. 30 WORKING days from receipt of the claim to investigate.

Due to new practices by Royal Mail - UK customers will have to wait for refunds until they have completed their investigation.

Royal Mail are now contacting buyers directly to obtain proof, in writing, that you have not received your item and you are expected to respond in the time they set.

If you do not respond, or in time, they will not compensate and neither will we, so be warned!

We are sorry to take this action but we are a business which cannot afford being out of pocket for the money or the goods, which is happening more and more often these days!
