Distance Selling Regulations allow you to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day you receive the item.
If you wish to cancel the contract please do so within those seven a working days by informing us in writing (via e-mail) and complete a request for "I want to return an item and get a refund" through ebay's resolution centre and follow the instructions that ebay give. The return address will be given by ebay once this form is completed.
Goods must be returned to us once the contract has been cancelled and returns are expected to be received within 14 days of the ebay form being completed.
Buyers must take reasonable care to ensure the return of the goods and that they are protected from damage in transit as we may have a claim for breach of this statutory duty.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage and items are advised to be sent back via a trackeable service.
A full refund of the purchase price (which includes the orignal postage, but not return postage) will be made through the payment method used (ie. paypal) within 3 days of receipt of the returned item.

Claims for Non-Receipt
In all cases - we will file a claim for compensation to Royal Mail - 15 WORKING days after the day it should have arrived (UK CUSTOMERS) or 25 WORKING days after the date it should have arrived (INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS). Royal Mail can then take 60 WORKING days from receipt of the claim to investigate. Your patience would be greatly appreciated.
Due to new practices by Royal Mail - customers will have to wait for refunds until they have completed their investigation as we have had cases of claims being made which are fraudulent.
Royal Mail are now contacting UK buyers directly to obtain proof, in writing, that you have not received your item and you are expected to respond in the time they set.
