Winning Bidders:                                  Winning bidder will be contacted by email upon closing of auction.  Payment must be received within 7 business days.   If payment is not received within 7 business days, item may no longer be available.   Shipment will be made within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of payment.   When emailing us, please indicate item name & item number. Also include your full name, and address.

Insurance:
Seller is not responsible for shipping delay, damage or loss.   All items with purchased insurance are covered against loss or damage through the carrier (except Livestock).  Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer.   Any claim for insurance has to be filed, processed, and a check received from the shipper before shipping of replacement item.   If replacement item is unavailable a refund will be issued (except Livestock).

Payment Methods Accepted:
PAYPAL PREFERRED.
Paypal gets the fastest shipment.
Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express accepted via Paypal, (send payment to sales@reefcritters.net). Money order/Cashier's check, personal or business check (Item will be shipped upon clearance of check, usually 7 to 10 days). No COD’s.

Return / Warranty Policy:
All eBay sales are final.   Seller does not provide any type of warranty for the product unless otherwise stated.   Buyer needs to contact product manufacturer for information or availability of manufacturer's warranty.

Shipping/Handling:
Shipping & Handling is not refundable. Shipping and handling may be combined at Seller's discretion.

If you live outside the continental U.S., Canada or Puerto Rico - PLEASE contact us first before sending any funds, Your shipping and handling charges may be slightly higher than indicated.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND FUNDS UNTIL WE CONFIRM YOUR TOTAL. IF YOU DO, THERE IS A RISK THAT YOUR ITEM WILL BE SEND REGULAR PARCEL POST WHICH MAY TAKE UP TO 4 WEEKS TO REACH YOU! FURTHERMORE, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPOSIBILITY, IF IT GETS LOST IN THE MAIL. PLEASE FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURE, SO WE CAN CONTINUE TO ACCEPT BIDS FROM CUSTOMERS IN CANADA!

Unfortunately, we cannot ship livestock to any destination outside the continental United States.

Non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay and negative feedback will be left.   We post Positive feedback immediately upon receipt of feedback from buyer. Seller reserves the right to refuse the transaction to buyer with hidden or negative feedback. Seller reserves the right to terminate the transaction at any time when buyer fails to meet the terms of listing.   Buyer agrees to eBay User Agreement and all terms & conditions of the sale.   Please email us with any questions prior to bidding or purchasing (indicate item number). We usually answer all inquiries within 24 hours.

LIVESTOCK PURCHASES:

We pack our livestock with utmost care and only send out healthy animals, We guarantee live arrival. To minimize risk of loss, we insist that our customers must be present to receive shipments at the first delivery attempt and sign upon receipt of the package. If, for some reason, there is a DOA, it must be reported to us within 4 hours of arrival, accompanied by a picture of the dead animal and the shipping box. We will replace the animals, but not the packing and shipping costs. We are not responsible for packages, that where misdirected or delayed by the shipping company or not accepted at the first delivery attempt.

Livestock will be shipped Mondays and Tuesdays only.
