Postage & Returns
We Guarantee that all our Prints are sent in perfect Condition and are sent in High Quality Board Backed Envelopes to protect your purchase. Sometimes different Postal Services are not as careful as we are with Packages, and this can lead to damaged or lost Prints. We feel that this is not our Customers fault, so again unlike our Competitors, we will always endeavour to sort out any issues you may have.
Returning Prints - If for whatever reason you wish to return Prints, please contact us with your problem. If you send Prints back, please return in original packaging in its original condition, within 7 days of receipt. Return postage will need to be paid for by the Customer. Please remember to obtain proof of postage from your Post Office if returning prints.
