Items must be unused, unopened, in the original condition and returned in the original packaging.

We will refund the cost of the goods but not the postage. We will not pay the postage to return the item to us.

Proof of postage to us is the Customers responsibility.

The Royal Mail allow up to 15 working days for delivery, we allow the same. We do not issue refunds after 45 days. Please contact via Ebay messages only with regards to a return.

Postage of your item back to us is your responsiblity & you should obtain proof of postage.

Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure that your return is dealt with as quickly as possible. It is always in the customer's interest to retain proof of postage as they are responsible for the goods until they arrive at Redbox247.

We cannot accept returns for underwear or earrings.
