How can I pay for my item?

Paypal payments only.

When will I get my item?

Items are dispatched within 24hours of cleared payment & sent via the postage option you pay for, Royal Mail post.The Royal Mail allows up to 15 working days for an item to be delivered, we allow the same.

At our discretion we may upgrade postage using a courier service.

What do I do if I have not received my item?

Please contact us & we will assist you to resolve the matter.

Having allowed the appropriate time for the item to be delivered we will look to help the matter to a mutually happy resolution.

How do I contact you?

Can I email you?

No, we do not conduct messages through email.

Can I leave a message when I pay with paypal

If you leave a message on Paypal we might not receive it.

Please only message us via ebay messages.

We respond to messages during working hours, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Will you leave me feedback?

Positive feedback will be left when positive feedback is received as this is when we know you are happy with the transaction.

Can I collect my item in person?

No collections in person, we sell online & dispatch through postal services only.
