Return policy in Redsilk

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.

1. Communication before feedback: please kindly understand that feedback should also consider how we resolve problem.

2. Return within 30 days of postage: customer must lodge their return request within 30 days of postage.

3. Keep the original package: the postage we paid to post office include return postage, therefore, if you do not damage the original package, you are able to return the goods without extra cost. we dont reponsible for package return cost, this is mentioned in our liting and customer should aware of this before purchase.

4. Understanding: Ebay is a complicate market, many sellers might play some tricks to maintain their high profit, but we dont play these tricks. We have too many transactions and some honest mistakes might happen with these sales.

5. Do not misuse our policy: we offer our goods in ebay at lower than market price, therefore, many customers are retailer of jewelry, our price have enough room for them to make profit in local market. our goal is to set up a ongoing relationship with our customer, with this relationship, we both can win. Since we only have very thin profit on our price quote in ebay, we got a very strict policy to prevent fraud.

We have many years experience in jewelry market, and we have our own quality control staff to monitor profuct quality before delivery, therefore each product quality is above the market standard of same grade product, consider the natural nature of our products, we have the following policy on return products:

Items that cannot be return:

- Natural freshwater pearl products are hard to measure exact size, we dont accept return for natural freshwater pearl product within 1mm different. this is becuase the market value between 6mm pearl and 7mm pearl are no different. This is not subject to other type of natural pearl.

- Natural freshwater pearl is not perfect, even AAA grade natural freshwater pearl might have some flaws on it surface. we dont accept return for products with less than 5% surface with flaws for AA grade pearl, less than 2% surface with flaws for AAA grade pearl.

- Natural freshwater pearl color include, white, lavender, pink and black, customer are not hard to identify the different between very light pink and light pink in product image, if you have special perference on pearl color, please cntact us before purchase.
