Royal Mail First Class Delivery

Personalised experience gift packs will be sent in plain packaging to any UK address. Please allow 5 working days after payment for delivery. We charge £1.99 for Royal Mail First Class delivery of an experience gift pack.

Experience gift packs can be sent to you, directly to the recipient, or to another address at your request. If any of these goes astray in the post, we will provide a duplicate free of charge. Please inform us as soon as possible if you believe this has happened so we can do our best to deliver the duplicate in time.

Delivery prices are for UK only. For international delivery please call our Customer Experience Centre on 0845 640 8000.

Courier Service

To guarantee next working day delivery of your gift pack (to UK mainland addresses only), we recommend our courier service.

Items will be despatched once payment is received. If payment is received by 4pm on a working day Monday to Friday, the pack/s will be delivered the next working day.

Details of this non-refundable courier service are as follows:

• Delivery on a working day Monday to Friday - £5.95 (£5.95 for each additional pack)
• Orders placed on a Friday before 4pm will be delivered on Monday
• Orders placed on a Friday after 4pm, or at weekends, will be delivered on Tuesday

Our courier will deliver at any time up to 5.30pm. The pack will fit easily through most letterboxes and no signature is required.

PAYMENT

Payments must be made via PayPal within 3 days of purchase. We do not add a surcharge when paying by PayPal. All goods remain the property of Red Letter Days until paid for in full. All of our prices are inclusive of VAT.
