    Frequently Asked Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

U.K. Customers can use the following payment methods:-

  • PayPal
  • Personal Cheque *(Cheques take 4-5 working days to clear)
  • Bankers Draft
  • Postal Orders

Please make bankers drafts/cheques/postal orders payable to K.CUTTING

Customers Outside the U.K. should use PayPal to pay for their order (British Pounds only please).

How long will my order take to arrive?

I aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, goods are posted in strong secure packaging, proof
of postage receipts are available on request.

New items that are in stock are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving cleared payment.
Please note occasionally I may need to order new stock from my supplier, dispatch time will then be
      2-5 working days.

Used items are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days or receiving cleared payment.

Royal Mail aim to deliver most first class mail to U.K. addresses within 1-2 working days, and second class
      mail within 3 working days.

European customers can normally expect their order to arrive within 7-10 working days from the date of
posting. Customers outside of Europe can normally expect their order to arrive within 10-14 working days
      from the date of posting.

Please note I cannot be held responsible for delivery times and mail that arrives late. Delivery times can
vary especially during the run up to Christmas and the new year holidays, industrial action can also cause
delivery times to be affected. Delivery times are the responsiblity of the postal service used.

Do you offer a postage discount when ordering multiple items?

Yes, I can normally offer a postage discount when customers purchase more than one item from me.
Please contact me using the contact seller option on ebay and ask for a postage quote.

    Do you post items internationally?

Yes, the vast majority of items I sell can be posted internationally. Please see the relevant auction listings
      for international postage rates.

My order has failed to arrive, what should I do?

U.K. Customers should allow 15 working days from the date of posting for their order to arrive. Royal Mail
wont consider the item to be lost until 15 working days have passed from the date of posting. You may
contact me before then but please be aware I cannot take any action until Royal Mail consider the item
      to be officially lost.

Customers outside the U.K. should allow 28 working days from the date of posting for their order to arrive.

If your order has failed to arrive please check with your local sorting office to see if they have your parcel.
Items the post office have failed to deliver are usually taken to the local sorting office and remain there
for 7 days. It’s also a good idea to check with your neighbours in case the post office has left your parcel
with them, also check any outside buildings you may have in case the postman has left the mail there.

If you still can’t locate your parcel please contact me using the contact seller option on ebay.
I understand that it can be frustrating for customers when their order fails to turn up, I do prefer customers
to contact me first and make me aware of the problem, I can then deal with the problem more
      effectively.

Please note I am not legally responsible for items lost in the mail, that’s the responsibility of the postal
service used. Any refunds I issue for items lost in the post are entirely at my discretion.

My order has arrived in a damaged condition, what should I do?

I dispatch all my orders in high quality packaging, unfortunately a small number of items can be
damaged in transit by the postal service. If your order has arrived in a damaged condition please
contact me using the contact seller option on ebay and describe the type of damage to the item. As well
as keeping the damaged item it is also important to retain the packaging the item was posted in.

Once the customer has contacted me describing the damage to the item I will then advise them how to
return the item to me. It is the buyers responsibility to pay any return postage costs.

My order is faulty, can I return it to you?

Yes, please use the contact seller option on ebay and describe the fault the item has I will then advise
how to return the item to me. I will normally replace the item if I have a replacement available in stock.
If I don’t have a replacement item I will issue a refund for the cost of the item and the original postage
costs. Please note it is the buyers responsibility to pay for postage costs when returning faulty items.

Faulty items should be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Am I allowed to cancel my order?

Yes, providing you cancel the order before I have confirmed it’s been dispatched to you.

Are items you sell genuine or copies?

All the items I have listed for sale on ebay are genuine, I do not sell fake goods or copies.
