P & P:

All listings require immediate payment. If ordering 2 of the same item, postage will discount automatically. If wanting to order different items, you will need to do the buy it now on each - then message me for combined postage. P & P means Postage & Packing - such as utensils used to pack and send the item.

My payment options on the listings is PayPal. I will only except a postal order in UK Sterling as another form or personal cheque, but please contact me if this is how you wish to pay.

Expect up to 7 working days for delivery, as each item is custom made and made to order. But I will try to send items asap. If needed for a specific date, please get in touch first.

REFUNDS & SIZE EXCHANGES:

If after reading the whole listing carefully, upon receipt of your item you find a problem, please let me know asap. I offer refunds if notified within 7 days of receiving it. I will then require the item back within another 7 days, in the same condition as sent. Refunds are processed in 2 weeks from me getting it back. This rule is the same for any refunds given, whatever the reason - as I need to transfer your funds back to the Paypal account assigned to this account.

If you require extra save postage, message me for Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. If your item fails to arrive within 2 weeks, please let me know. I keep postage receipts for proof of postage, and will send a replacemtn but can only claim with Royal Mail after 25 days.

Replacements of size - please read the listing all the way down to the size guides and measure if needs be. If in doubt please message me. The same guidelines as above if you do need to exchange it - let me know within 7 days and send it back to me in 7 days.

Please remember to tell me the size you need - it is SO IMPORTANT! without this the order can not be processed and will heavily delay it!
