14 Day NO Quibble Returns Policy

Returns

If you are not 100% happy with your order you can return it to us for a refund. We won't ask why and we won't delay returning your money!

  1. All we ask is that any returned item includes the original packaging including any tags or labels within 14 days of purchase.
  2. We will only process returns that have been requested via the eBay Returns procedure:
    • Go to your Purchases within your My eBay area
    • To the right of the order there is a drop down More actions menu
    • Click the 'Return this item' link
    • Complete the Reason and Additional information
    • Click Continue
  3. Please include your Order Number when you return an item (it is in the top right of your invoice).
  4. Ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number starting with the letters PA to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items. Note; this is a free service and should not be confused with the additional recorded or tracked.
  5. We will give a full refund of the items purchase price including original postage paid within 5 working days.
  6. If returning a part of an order where you ordered a number of other items, postage will be calculated as a percentage of that multi item order.
  7. Items sold in pack quantities need to be returned as the same pack quantity, we are unable to refund parts of a pack.
  8. We do not refund any items unless we have received them back.
  9. Return postage (from you back to us) will not be refunded.
  10. Additional delivery costs paid for upgraded tracked delivery services are also non-refundable.

Returning Underwear

The Distance Selling Regulations state that sellers should not offer a refund for underwear. However we can offer it as long as the seals have not been broken. This is due to health and safety. We will not in any way refund if you return underwear that has been opened, or if the tags are removed or broken.

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges but we will process the exchange as a 'Returns' above allowing you to then place a new order for an alternate item.

Faulty or incorrectly sent items

We try our best to send you the correct order. Mistakes are minimal but if we do ship a product that is either damaged or incorrect we will:

  1. Always request the item to be returned back to us.
  2. Please include your Order Number when you return an item (it is in the top right of your invoice).
  3. Ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number starting with the letters PA to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.
  4. We will exchange it with a replacement or if requested offer a full refund of the items purchase price including original postage paid.
  5. If returning a part of an order where you ordered a number of other items, postage will be calculated as a percentage of that multi item order.
  6. Return postage (from you back to us) will be refunded once we have checked the fault.
  7. Any additional postage paid in addition to the standard 2nd class shipping will not be refunded.
  8. Please do not return the item until we have informed you to.
  9. Items sold in pack quantities need to be returned as the same pack quantity, we are unable to refund parts of a pack.
  10. We do not refund or send out alternative items unless we have received the faulty or incorrectly sent item back.
